Plans were abandoned

My plans for home projects were abandoned today for a BBQ get together. Hubs past co-worker invited us all over for food and drinks this evening. They have two kids and they were great ages for our kiddos to play with. When we left the kids were crying they were so tired. We made it home and gave record speed baths before tucking them in.

I had the two best piña coladas EVER. I mean it people. It was like sipping on a piece of heaven. We all had a fun night and the kids sure did get their exercise. They played ball, rode bikes, chased each other, climbed through ditches, and everything else you can imagine. The adults sat in chairs sipping piña coladas and talking. I guess the warm weather is good for something.
