What $5 can get you

I normally keep my coupon posts to my coupon blog but this one is just too good not to share on here. I got all of this PLUS 4 Starbucks iced coffees I forgot to put in the pic for..... Less than $5. Yep I rocked this week and it felt great. A LOT of this was free. It was a very good week. 

The wipes are going to my bestie who just had her 4th baby.

I haven't posted to my old grocery game blog in over 5 years. I think I'm going to start posting my deals over there again. I'm not gonna make it super updated or spend a lot of time revamping it because I just want to keep track of my progress.

Another coupon victory!

Another pretty successful couponing day. When I opened my Sunday paper today I noticed some really great deals at Walgreens this week. I grabbed the coupons I needed and quickly headed out the door. 

I did pretty good. I spent approx. $5.00 for everything in the picture. I was especially happy with the sleep sprays. I just discovered them last week and they do help me relax at night. Anything that helps my insomnia is a must have for me. 

I'm slowly trying to get back into the whole couponing thing on a regular basis. 

Grocery Game Brag!

I do not plan on posting every week about what I get using the grocery game but this week was just waaaayyyyy too good of a deal to not brag. My total BEFORE coupons was $44.00. After the coupons it was $4.86!!! I felt like I had robbed the place. The three body washes alone are normally $5.99 EACH. The two fabric softeners are normally $5 each. I was pretty excited. The kitten food is for my mom. She just got a sweet new kitten and it was completely free so I picked it up for her.
