Down 15!

I haven't talked all that much about my weight loss so I figured I would do a post on it.

So far I am down 15 pounds. I have been at it for a month. My energy has quadrupled (literally) and I feel absolutely fantastic! I workout by doing Tae Bo every single day. I love Tae Bo. It's so much fun and an amazing workout.

I eat under 1500 calories a day and I track it by using the myfitnesspal app. I cannot say enough about the app. An answer to my prayers.

I still have a long way to go but actually noticing the results is the BEST feeling. And whenever I start feeling frustrated at how far I have to go yet I just remind myself about the outfits I'll be wearing once I hit my goal. Outfits like this one. Yes please!!!
