About to go jump!
JUMP!! JUMP!!!
The boy has never liked crawling into the inflatable tunnels so hubs tried his best to convince him.
He started to get pretty scared at the idea and clung to daddy.
He's in!!!!! Our friend had to pull him through the maze ( hilarious) and then in the end hubby had to go in too to rescue him.
Daddy to the rescue. This was beyond hilarious. He ended up going down the slide too but made me put my camera down so I couldn't get him sliding down. I laughed so hard I almost cried.
For some reason after this my camera deleted a ton of pictures. :( After the jumping we went into the party room to eat cupcakes, cheetos, and little sandwiches. This is the point when my friends and niece showed up late. 2 hours late actually. So we decided that since they missed the whole thing we would go to Mcdonald's afterward to play and enjoy seeing each other. I took pics there too but lost all but one of them somehow.
So the 7 kids played while the adults talked and then we decided the fun wasn't over. One of my friends had to go with her two kids so we hugged them bye. My other friend had to go pick up his wife ( my bestfriend had to work so she missed the party) so we loaded up his daughter, my niece and my ex sis-in-law and brought them back to our house. It was pouring rain when we left. By the time we got 5 kids into the van and hubs car I was soaked.
We made it home and put a movie on for the kids. Then my bestfriend and her husband traveled back to our house. Long story short....movie for the kids, pizza for everyone and then a very long and late 6 hour game of monopoly for the adults. It was a fantastic time.
I felt so incredibly blessed the whole day. I was surrounded by people I love. At McDonalds we sat there remembering being kids and it being us playing in the tunnels together. Now OUR children are playing together. Very sweet. Then when we were at home with everyone it was raining and we were all cozy and warm inside and just having a good time. 5 kids running around wreaking havoc and the parents cutting up in the other room. We left the house at 10:30 a.m. We ended up crashing a little after midnight. It was worth every single second.
P.S- The boy is getting a haircut this week. No more putting it off.
Looks like you had a blast!! Katie looks like she could be yours for sure and I expect pictures when mason gets a haircut! Xoxo
