Safe and Secure

After the girls got home yesterday we spent 2 hours in the kids room cleaning and organizing. For the past week I have found all of my children playing musical beds when I go in to check on them in the middle of the night. One night it was Macie on the boys bed. Then it was the boy on Makayla's. On Sunday night it was Macie who crawled into her sisters bed and slept. While we were cleaning I asked the girls if they would like their 2 beds to be pushed together like one big bed so they could cuddle up and share. They LOVED the idea.

After they had all fallen asleep last night I went in to check on them and found ALL 3 OF THEM asleep on the new " big bed". It was so incredibly sweet that my kids wanted to be together and that it made them feel safe and secure with each other. Melts this mamas heart.
