New Arrangement

After looking through the new Ikea catalog the other night I got rather inspired. I have been so frustrated with the couches lining the walls. It wasn't warm or cozy but our couches are very large and I didn't know what else to do with them. After the first few pages I came up with an idea. I got hubs on board ( he had been wanting to move them this way for a long time anyway but I didn't think it would work) and we set to it. Then I got the call from my friend to go have dinner and ended up abandoning the re-arrange.

When I got home we finished up. I LOVE the results. It makes the living room look a bit smaller but it sure does add a cozy nook. I can now dream of the cozy nights we will have in the fall curled up close together for family movie nights. Good stuff.

Even the dog loves it.
